Socorro County Arts promotes the arts by bringing together the arts and artists of Socorro County, New Mexico. We offer ways for our community members and those from afar to come and enjoy a magical experience exploring art and creativity through our gallery, art workshops, festivals and fairs, and other events.

Socorro County Arts co-sponsors, with the City of Socorro,  the Festival of the Cranes Arts & Crafts Fair and the

Luminaria Stroll on the Plaza Art & Music event, both held in December.

The arts group also manages the Alamo Gallery and Gifts that shows works from local artists, some from farther away, and artists from the Alamo Chapter of the Navajo Nation. It is, also, the resting place for the El Camino Real Historical Trail Gift Shop and the JE Smith historical photo collection. The gallery features stunning creations perfect for any occasion and is friendly for all ages to visit and get involved.
